statistics - ftpmng problem

I GOT THIS ERROR:
Execute ftpmng --get-log-directory --ip-address=88.149.194.82 failed: Invalid pointer (COM Error 80004003) at getLogDirectory(88.149.194.82)

BY EMAIL FROM:
User: VIRTUOPRO\Plesk Administrator
Running task: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\statistics.exe

it seems not covered in this KB:

please let me know hot to fix this.

WE HAVE SIMILAR ERROR

Hi takeru,

Did you manage to solve the problem? did you perhaps try runnung the HOT FIX statistics.exe?

We get the following:
Execute ftpmng --get-log-directory --ip-address=196.xx.xxx.xx failed: C:\inetpub\vhosts\Servers\22214\logs\MSFTPSVC22214
at (execUtil line 122)
at Execute C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\ftpmng --get-log-directory --ip-address=196.xx.xxx.xx(execUtil line 142)
at getLogDirectory for ip = 196.xx.xxx.xx(getLogDirectory line 384)
at Calculate domain(s) traffic(statistics::start line 953)
Execute file name: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\statistics.exe

If anyone can give us some assistance it will be greatly appreciated.

statistics - ftpmng error

Same error here, using Plesk 8.1 in Windows Server 2003, I get this via email:

User: **********\Plesk Administrator
Running task: c:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\statistics.exe
Started: Fri Jun 15 04:30:00 2007
The task output is attached to the e-mail
Ended successfully: Fri Jun 15 04:30:03 2007

Execute ftpmng --get-log-directory --ip-address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx failed: Invalid pointer (COM Error 80004003) at getLogDirectory(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)

Anyone can help?'
