Subdomain ftp quota

Hi,

is there a way to enable a quota in an additional FTP account?

I use to configure in plesk 9 subdomains and assign them a FTP user with restricted disk space.

Now I can't see this option in plesk 10.3.0

Well we don't have windows hosting.

All other subdomain hard quotas have gone away ?
