• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Issue Subscription Suspension

cozmik

New Pleskian
I honestly don't know where to post this but I need help resolving a problem.

Bear with me as I explain. I originally signed up with freepgs with multiple accounts. When freepgs were migrated onto the plesk servers my accounts were merged together with an annual maintenance fee which I just paid in December and it shows on my account.

I've had no problems until recently when I logged in and found that my subscription has been suspended. I had no email notifying me that this happened or explaining why or how I could resolve this. There are links for each of the subscriptions "switch to subscription" which gives me access to all of them except my main one. There I continue to get the message of the suspension but no link or way to find out why this happened or how to fix it.

Please help. Who do I need to contact?

Hello cozmik,

Sorry to hear about your situation ( Having your service interrupted with no clear cause sure is a bummer! This being said, unfortunately, the community is unlikely to be able to offer much help. Plesk does not host any websites. It is a tool freepgs bought from us to manage their shared hosting servers, and it was they who suspended your subscription.

My recommendation - contact freepgs directly. They seem to have a helpdesk available here.

I hope everything works out for you, and you'll be up and running again soon!
