I woke up one morning and I had this in front of me, yesterday there was no problem, what could have happened out of the blue?

500 Error​

18.0.53 update status is the same only subscription does not enter


I also get support but no support is provided because it was purchased from the dealer.

We identified that the Plesk license was purchased not directly from Plesk but through one of the Plesk Resellers.

• Please contact your license provider for support service.
