Suspend subscription or customer is not working when its website is suspended

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

When a website is suspended by an end user, suspending the subscription or customer by the Plesk administrator seems to have no effect, mail functionality still works, and end users can still log in to Webmail or SMTP/IMAP

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a customer with subscription
2. Login as customer and suspend its website
3. Login as admin and suspend the customer or subscription

ACTUAL RESULT

No effect, mail function of the customer or subscription is still working

EXPECTED RESULT

mail function of the customer or subscription is suspended

Thank you for the report. I was able to reproduce the behavior and forwarded the case for further review by our team. I will update you with more details as soon as possible.

@nethubonline , the behavior was recognized as a bug identified with ID PPPM-14925. Our team will introduce a fix in one of the upcoming releases. At this point, I cannot provide any ETA. Until the bug is fixed, the workaround we can suggest is to disable the mail service manually. Thank you again for bringing our attention to the issue.
