• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.50
accidently the update process of system updates was started twice. After one finished, the other stucks, even after 2 reboots of the whole server. See the picture. Any suggestions for me how to handle this?

It's possible that it's just a stuck task and not actual system updates happening. That happens when you, say, reboot the server while it's doing things. Follow this article for the "Canceling a stuck task in Plesk for Linux" answer to be walked through for fixing it, over at https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002120793--How-to-cancel-a-stuck-task-in-Plesk

(also you had this under the Windows forum but since you're using Linux, it should had been under Obsidian for Linux, I moved it for you though).
