Temp directory is not writable: /tmp/

Hello
I have bin running Support Senter from Qualityunit for a wile now on a server with no CP
Now i need to migrate it to plesk and all looks good except for this error.
When the crontab runs it gets this error?

Temp directory is not writable: /tmp/
Mail Parser failed.

Can someone help me.

Have you checked out /etc/fstab and search for any options in the filesystem definition that could make /tmp unwritable ?
