Templates don't show

I have just installed Sitebuilder 2.1.1 and everything went fine, and all seems to be working well. Except for the templates showing. I took the time to download and install LOTS of templates, yet none show up in the demo, etc. Is this because of the different versions? i noticed that most (or all) of the templates are version 1.1.1.

All of the templates are marked active, and if clicked on in the control panel will show the preview.

In the /usr/local/sitebuilder/htdocs/repository/templates directory all of the templates are there and owned by Apache:Apache.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
