The Yum utility failed to install the required packages

After an update to my CentOS6.7 system the Plesk updater says 'The Yum utility failed to install the required packages'. I was trying to update Plesk to the latest version #59.

Tried disabling EPEL, URLGRABBER_DEBUG=1 yum check-update (all successful), yum clean all, yum update/upgrade, yum clean metadata etc. Nothing seems to work.

What to do?

Fail2Ban and Modsecurity(OWASP) are enabled.

System:

• OS: CentOS 6.7 (Final)
• Plesk version: 12.0.18 Update #58 , last updated at July 31, 2015 03:43 AM
