Additional ip not adding. It showing This IP address is not configured properly Repair

Can you help me how add the ip and issues the fix?

I ping the ip from internal and external and it's unreachable

anyway, I created a reseller account on Plesk and assigned the domain to it then I removed the IPv6, now can you guide me on how to start adding it again using the correct way?
