Add New Directory option and click on it
Open the folder name I write about
And later confirmed with the following error I'm facing

Error: Unable to create directory / / bin / public_html: filemng: Error occurred during / bin / mkdir command.

Hi Amir,

Plesk won't allow you to create a new directory within the user root, you'll need to do one of the following :

1) Navigate into a subdirectory, generally its httpdocs for web content and private for files you don't want to be web accessible.

2) Create the directory as the root ssh user. This is not a trivial action and I'd recommend adapting your plans to fit within the Option 1.

Paul.
