Tomcat Support

Basic Pleskian
I've installed Tomcat using the Updater module on 9.5.2. However, when I go to Services Management Tomcat is not showing available for starting. Any ideas what's going on?

Try to start it manually with '/etc/init.d/tomcat5 start'
Check output, logs, etc. Contact support team if you can't find a reason of this problem by yourself.

Thanks Igor. Manual start worked via shell access, but still not showing on Plesk frontend. Have contacted my support team at 1and1.co.uk
