I use Plesk Onyx with CentOS 7 VPS. Sometimes I have a way too long delay which is inappropriate for me (up to a minute) and it appears even when there's no real reason. In htop I see that 100% load is by the process "systemd --switched-root --system --deserialize 22" but I'm not that IT-savvy to understand what's wrong. Any suggestions?
