• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello,

Each night I receive a mail like that for each domain:

Limit has been exceeded on domain 'trialeros.com' owned by client 'roger' (Contact name 'Roger xxxxxx'):
Disk space usage: 2.72 G
Disk space limit: unlimited
Traffic: 2.61 G
Traffic limit: 1

I tryed to desactivate the quotas but is imposible.

See Images.

Best Regards,

Ruben

You can try to set limitations manually or just check it on your server. To check it choose your local disk where domains is physically located. Right click, choose "Quota" end after choose "Quota Entries..." Here you can see all quotas for all your domains and you can change them. But I don't know if Plesk recognize changes... But you can try, hope it'll help.

Good Luck.

Nothing is entered there, so plesk must use another system.

Best Regards,

Ruben.

there are several limits, one for client too, check that one is unlimited too

Now I can manage it, but If I activate it, I still receive the:

Limit has been exceeded on domain 'trialeros.com' owned by client 'roger' (Contact name 'Roger xxxxxx'):
Disk space usage: 2.72 G
Disk space limit: unlimited
Traffic: 2.61 G
Traffic limit: 1

It seems that if you put any traffic value It reads it like 1.

Best Regards.
