Troubles migrating big (<5GB) Domains between 2 Plesk 7.6 instances

Hi

I tried to migrate a Plesk installation from one server to another (both Plesk 7.6), using the Plesk Migration Manager (Version 7.6, from the filename i assume the build is "20060809.17"). On the other host i installed the Plesk Migration Agent (same version an build)
First i started a "Full migration", typed in the host from which i want to migrate, supplied destination ip address and stuff. After i clicked "Next" all i saw was the "Please wait. Loading..." notice. After about 20 minutes i got this error message:
"Error: Unable to deploy the migrated objects:
Unable to run migrmng: Unable to convert dump to Plesk Format."

i retried it a couple of times and was confronted with the same error everytime. Then i watched the disk usage on the host i wanted to migrate from during 3 new tries. I observed the same behaviour everytime: the size of the directory where the dump should be placed increased to a size of about 5Gigabytes, after that i was confronted with the error message again (and the dump got deleted).

The partition on which i placed the migration dump has a size of 11GB and is completely empty, so this should not be a space issue i assume.

The same happend when i tried a selective migration with a domain of about 6GB of size. I was able to migrate one smaller domain (about 200MB), with another domain (about 150MB) i got the same error (the migration dump was of course way smaller than 5GB).

Is this a known issue or is there a other workaround besides making a backup of the single domains on one host an import the backup on the other?
Because the partition on which Plesk is installed only has about 800 MB free space and i didn't find any configuration option to tell Plesk to place the backupfile elsewhere. If there is one i would like to learn about but i really prefer to do the migration with the Plesk Migration Manager.
