Trying to update gives me cryptic blacklist error

I'm trying to upgrade my copy of Plesk 8.0 to 8.1.1 with the autoinstaller. I get the three options of Plesk 8.0.1, 8.1.0, and 8.1.1, no matter which one I choose it always fails with this error:

Code:
Reading system installed packages...done.
Download file build-8.1.1-fc2-i386.hdr.gz: 15%..22%..35%..42%..55%..61%..74%..81%..94%..100% done
Download file update-8.1.1-fc2-i386.hdr.gz: 25%..66%..100% done
Resolve components
Can't select which of conflicting packages add to blacklist: mysql-server-4.1.21-2.rhfc2.art.i386 or mysql-3.23.58-16.FC2.1.i386.
ERROR: Installation impossible
ERROR: Installation failed

after I choose the packages to install. We did at some point upgrade to MySQL four, and rpm -q reports that mysql-server-4 is installed. I can't uninstall it because plesk 8.0 depends on it, and we're actually using MySQL 5 which I compiled by hand.

Any ideas of how to sort this problem out? What is the blacklist?
