Issue Unable to access files

In the iOS Plesk Mobile app when I click a domain then files, nothing happens.

It works on another identical server. What could be wrong?

I have found this is caused by the following Plesk firewall rule:

System policy for incoming traffic Deny all other incoming traffic

If I disable that rule then Plesk Mobile domain/files display correctly.

What I don't understand is on my other server that rule is the same but Plesk mobile works.

Can I add a custome rule to fix this maybe?

It is known issue caused by firewall settings on Plesk server. For fixing this issue you should setup your firewal for ftp in passive mode or just disable firewall.

1. Should I be worried that it works on 1 server and not the other with no Firewall reconfiguration?
2. Will Plesk be fixing this problem?

I have the same issue since I enabled Firewall. Though I have configured PassivePorts so my all my previous FTP connections work on PC. iPhone app is still unable to access the files.

Crazy that Plesk's own systems prevent it from working.
