Unable to create SysUser object: SysUser: unable to select: no such row in the table

Hi all

Can someone please point me in the right direction, everytime I try and open a client's domain I get the following error "Unable to create SysUser object: SysUser: unable to select: no such row in the table"

I have tried to delete it, it wont remove still comes up with the same error.

Please help!!!!
