Unable to move files to another drive

Hi,

I just recently created a new server with windows 2012 R2 server and need to move the mail and backups to another drive.

I have tried to run the Plesk reconfigurator as an Administrator and it comes up with the following error message please see attached screenshot

Not enough details. First of all make sure that Plesk service is started and port 8443 is open and MailEnable service started too.
