• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi, I'm new at this, I was FORCED to change from plesk 7 to plesk 9 by the company that hosts my domain. And then, after being forcer to do it, they don't help doing the migration.
So, I'm trying do it on my own.
I did this:
%plesk_bin%\pre9-backup-convert.exe --source=c:\backupfile --destination=c:\

Apparently did not report errors, created some XML files.
In your article http://kb.odin.com/en/5817 it says:

"The converted backup is placed to Plesk backup repository and becomes available for restoration in Plesk, Home, Backup Manager."

I went there and nothing is there. I've tried the xml files but reports errors like this one:

Error: pmm-ras error (Error code = 1):
== STDOUT ====================
Archiver error: unable to extract files from C:/Parallels/Plesk/tmp/php5.tmp

==============================
== STDERR ====================

==============================

Now what? If it created some backup file, where is it? It's not in c:\ how do I restore it now?
I've found some folders from my old domain, probably created by the convert, but inside there are only XML and ZIP files.
