  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi Everyone!
New VPS, we got Plesk up and running, only problem is when we are sending emails, we get:
CC35717E570: to=<[email protected]>, relay=none, delay=2530, delays=2439/0.01/91/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (connect to alt2.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[142.251.9.26]:25: Connection timed out)
All ports on the server, and the host, Ionos, has verified port 25 is open as well. We can receive external email. We can also send and receive locally on the same domain.
Any help at all would be appreciated, this is driving me crazy!

New VPS, we got Plesk up and running, only problem is when we are sending emails the emails are not delivered to external server like Gmail no Error show.
Please Help
 
- Does the sender domain have an SPF record in the nameserver dataset?
- Is port 25 open on your server and in the firewall that your data center has?
- Does the issue only occur with GMail or also with other recipient servers?
- Have you checked /var/log/maillog for entries regarding the outgoing mail? What is logged for it?

Ans: Yes i purchased domain from Go daddy --> v=spf1 a mx ~all is my SPF Record

Ans: I dont know about it Because i am newbie in the server configration.

Ans.Not sending email on any server
- Have you checked /var/log/maillog for entries regarding the outgoing mail? What is logged for it?
Ans:From where i can check it ?
