Issue Unable to update - Says Vendor Locked

The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found

Can't process versions.inf3: Failed to download the file http://parallels.mirrors.ovh.net/parallels/versions.inf3:
The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found


In the update section it says the vendor has locked it. I spoke with the vendor support team and they have confirmed it as PLESK BUG.
