Unable to Update

I am unable to install micro-updates within Plesk. I also can't install the Migration Manager.

When go to Tools & Utilities > Updates in the Plesk Control Panel, another window opens and prompts for login. Logging in only takes me back to the Control Panel. If I click on the Updates icon again, I am prompted to log in again. And the cycle continues. The update did work once, but now I only get login windows.

I am running Plesk Panel version 10.1.1 on Windows 2008 R2.

Are you sure that port 8447 is not firewalled? Did you try parallels_installer http://download1.parallels.net/Plesk/PP10/10.1.1/Doc/en-US/online/plesk-deployment-guide/65911.htm

I opened port 8447 and that fixed the problem! Thank you.

The port 8447 requirement is not listed in the Plesk Panel 10.1 Installation and Upgrade Guide.
