Undelivered Mail - How do I make them go away?

Well, I keep getting the "Undelivered Mail" message from Plesk about mail that had a Netsky virus or what not. How can I get this to STOP sending for each and every blocked mail message?

Hello,

this problem is since 2-3 days. And there is a problem in Dr.Web module or something else.
We received a patch from Sw-Soft, but it didn´t helps us.

So the only way is to disable the complete antivirus chek for all our servers.

Has anyone an idea to resolve this problem?

We received in the minute 1200 Emails.

This Fix doesn´t help.
We tried it out, but nothing in effect.

Make sure you shut down smtp service and manually browse to the smtp queue folder to erase all email that could be stuck there. Once you have erase email with the looping from and to issue, you will be good.

I had the same problem, disabling the event prevent mailenable to create the emails in the queue with the same recipient from and to, thus the loop. but if you have hundreds or thousands of those email stuck in the queue you will still receive them in the mailbox.

If this doesn't help then you probably have a other problem then what i had.
