Uninstalling Dr.Web and SpamAssassin

I uninstalled both of these applications and when I did all users were no longer able to send/receive emails.

What are the proper steps I should take to remove these applications and still have my qmail running?

Here's what I did,

1. Uninstalled Dr.Web
2. Uninstalled SA
3. Restarted Apache Server
4. Rebooted the entire server.

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --without-spam
