uninstalling plesk

I have plesk 8.6.0 installed on a Linux server. I will be moving to a new server soon, and one option to reduce security risks from this outdated version is to remove it all together.

If plesk is uninstalled, will MySQL tables, email accounts or the OS be affected?

Wow, I didnt know abou that Igor. I always suffered with uninstallation that I lose almost major services like httpd, ftp & etc
