Uninstalling Plesk

I installed Plesk 8.3 Beta for Windows on my server. I had already set up SmarterMail prior to Plesk install. I've decided I do not need Plesk and would like to uninstall it. What kind of effect is this going to have on my environment? Will my web server instances, databases, mail, etc be left alone?

Data and emails will not be affected, but in any case perform backup of database and SmarterMail folder
