Update 10.0.1 to 10.3.1 Plesk Panel Fail

Hello,
I'm on a Windows 2008 server R2 and I have to make a virtual server of it for testing the update of plesk panel from 10.0.1 to 10.3.1 (I did the update step by step also 10.0.1 to 10.1.1 ...) and I have an error :

I have search 1-2 days and I haven't found any solution. I have test to restart the update, to repair the installation, to check the permissions, but nothing resolve it...

Please anybody can help me ?

I had same problem, and you should try the command below in order to upgrade

C:\>"%plesk_bin%\ai.exe" --console --debug

Why is the upgrade so difficult ??

BTW, 1603 error code means:

The file [2][3] is being held in use by the following process: Name: [4], Id: [5], Window Title: '[6]'.

To find error description, for example, try to search from the end of the autoinstaller log to begin words like: 'Error!', 'Return value 3', etc.
