Update doesn't work

Basic Pleskian
I have Plesk for Windows 7.6, and the updater doesn't work. When I click on it, I get the following error:

Unable to retrieve a list of available updates: Unable to run `pleskautoupdate` utility: Empty error message from utility..

Any ideas?
