Resolved Update Failed System unreachable

Hi Everyone,
I started an upgrade to Obsidian 18.0.34 on Windows and left the update running.

I came back after a couple of hours expecting to see the update complete, but I was confronted with a failure.

This all I get when I try to get to my server.

Server Error

500 Plesk\Exception\Database​

DB query failed: "SET sql_mode = ''" Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

It seems the PleskSQL upgrade timed out and now Im dead in the water and desperate for help.

Can someone help please?

Have you tried solution from this KB article Plesk for Windows login page shows: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it ?

Can be marked as closed. Stopped and restarted PlEsk Sql and MySql did the trick. Although version is still saying update available to 18.0.34.

Do I just run update again and hope for the best?
