Update from 10.4.4 -> 11.0.9 Fails - Something to do with apr?

I am attempting to upgrade Plesk. It fails.

I am getting this error:
error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/lib64/apr-1/build: cpio: rename failed - Is a directory
I was getting issues with libapr-1.so.0 and subersion, so I (temporarily) uninstalled subversion.

Also, my plesk panel is crashing during the upgrade. I'm not sure if that's related. (I have to do a psa restart).

Nevermind! I found my answer on this post:

Upgrade went smoothly after I ran

rpm -e --justdb apr.i386
prm -e --justdb apr-util.i386

Issue was fixed since MU#4 http://kb.parallels.com/en/114291 (package apr-devel was repacked).
