Update php, mysql, and phpmyadmin with plesk 9.5.5

Hi,

I have a server using parallels plesk panel 9.5.5, and Window Server 2008 R2 SP1, and IIS 7.5.
It runs
-> php 5.2.17
-> mysql 5.1.56
-> phpmyadmin 2.11.11.3


I'd like to update to the following
-> php 5.4.12
-> mysql 5.6.10
-> phpmyadmin 3.5.7


How can I do this safely on my plesk-driven server ?
