Updates und Upgrades - ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED

Hello everybody,

I have the following problem. When I click on > Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades - I get ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED.

Often I get a message that the update has not been installed. After checking it shows me that everything is up to date.

Here my data:
CPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2680 v2 @ 2.80GHz (16 core(s))
Version Plesk Onyx v17.8.11_build1708180301.19 os_Ubuntu 16.04
OS Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS
