Change Webmail Application

How do I change the webmail application from Horde to SmarterMail on a Godaddy dedicated server? I have seen and heard alot of security issues with Horde and would like to change it completely, if possible.
 
by default the mailserver used is mailenable.

u have to remove mailenable and install smartermail to have the smartermail webmail
