• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Upgrade from 10.2 to 11 is hanging

AnastasisG

New Pleskian
During downloading the files for the upgrade, it is hanging at downloading the following file:

plesk.msi

When I look at the C:\ParallelsInstaller\parallels\PANEL-WIN_11.0.9\dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386\ I see that the file is .tmp and cannot be deleted.

I do not know how to stop the upgrade, delete the .tmp file and download the files again.

Can somebody help?

Just reboot server and run autoinstaller again. And make sure that your network is ok.

you can kill the plesk installer from task manger or reboot server and try again. Also try disabling firewall as well.
