• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I have just tried to upgrade and the upgrade has failed. Running Debian etch.

Ive tried to log a job using the free migration/upgrade support but because plesk cannot auto update to the new key, i cannot log a support call with the plesk 9 key!

Is there something that can be done to get me a new key or to log a upgrade assist job under the free service?

You can run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller with --ignore-key-errors option and deselect Ruby in menu there.
You can install license and Ruby later after successful upgrade.
