Hi,

Is there a way to upgrade from PSA6.0 to PSA8.2.0?

Currently running on FreeBSD 4.11

Can i do a backup and restore on a new installed server?
Can i upgrade on this server?

Any sugestions?

I'd use the Migration Manager when moving to a new server. If you'd also like to go with a newer version of FreeBSD (5 or 6) this would be a nice way to easily combine these two upgrades.

If you want to upgrade to Plesk 8.2 on the same server you'll need to upgrade a couple of times, as you can only get to Plesk 8.2 when you're at least on 7.5.4 I believe.

Hi,

I'm thinking of setting-up a new Linux Debian 4.x server, and install PSA820 on that one.
Then migrate all the data/users to the new server from my old FreeBSD 4/PSA6.

Is this possible, and how do I do it?

Yes, that's possible. Just use Plesk's Migration Manager. Check the documentation for more info.
