• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Upgraded from 8.4 to 9.3 but cannot log in

Hello, I've run the installer on windows server 2003 and it was successful. I then went on to log in to my control panel:

https://serverip:8443 or
https://serverip:8443/login.php3

On the pages above, I got this error:

ERROR: com_exception
<b>Source:</b> Microsoft JET Database Engine<br/><b>Description:</b> No value given for one or more required parameters.

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: com_exception
<b>Source:</b> Microsoft JET Database Engine<br/><b>Description:</b> The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'PersistentCache'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Thanks in advance.

We have already submitted report to developers regarding this problem and it is under their investigation now. The main reason of this issue is incorrectly updated database. I can suggest you contact support team and they will correct it manually.
