Hi there,

i got a vServer hosted by 1and1 runing Plesk 8.0.0.
I'm trying serveral days upgrading the server to 9.2.1 - but allways fail. My 1and1 Control-Center told me i got a SuSE 9.3 with Plesk (32 Bit). Bit if I run uname -a I got the following:
Linux sxxxxxxxx 2.6.9-023stab048.6-smp #1 SMP Mon Nov 17 18:41:14 MSK 2008 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Looks like a 64Bit System for me ...
If I try the autoinstaller it seems like he identifies a 64Bit system, too ...
I tried several ways to upgrade, over the plesk webinterface I got a fail, running the autoinstaller on console it fails, too.
Here are some samples:

------------------------------------------------------------------
I tried to run a 64Bit autoinstaller:

server# /usr/local/psa/bin/autoinstaller
-bash: /usr/local/psa/bin/autoinstaller: No such file or directory

-> the autoinstaller is chmod 777

next try with bash before the autoinstaller:

server# bash /usr/local/psa/bin/autoinstaller
/usr/local/psa/bin/autoinstaller: /usr/local/psa/bin/autoinstaller: cannot execute binary file

------------------------------------------------------------------
I tried a 32Bit autoinstaller from Download page for 9.2.1

I selected upgrade to 9.2.1 and the Upgrade ended with the follwing message:

Exchanging information with licensing server.
Downloading the file PSA_9.2.1/plesk_getkeyinfo.sh: 100% done.
