• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Upgrading servers and Plesk Panel

New Pleskian
Hello,

I'm currently running Windows Web Server 2008 32-bit with Plesk Panel 8.6 installed. I'm planning to reinstall OS to 64-bit and Plesk Panel to the latest version.

Can you detect any migration issues? Is 32-bit compatible with a 64-bit migration?

Thank you in advance

Regards,
André Maia Ferreira

AFAIK we do not have 64bit Plesk version. It is always 32bit.

Hello,

I just assumed that latest version was 64-bit compatible. So I wont be able to install Plesk on Windows Web Server 2008 64-bit?

Thank you

Hello IgorG,

Thank you for your reply.

Can you tell me if I'm able to upgrade Plesk Panel 8.6 directly to Plesk Panel 11? I've been searching for KB articles on this matter and I just found migration guides to PP 10.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

I'm running plesk 11 on win 2012 64bit and have not had any problems related to the platform as far as i'm aware.
