  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue User can't access from mobile

Hello everyone, I have Plesk that I can access both from PC and from Android application. I have create a new webmaster user because I need a friend to do some ftp work from his mobile/tablet.

Problem is that I can login in this new account from my pc and so my browser but not from mobile. I already get "Internal error. Contact our assistance".

So:
- My user (admin) can access through pc and Plesk Mobile;
- New user I created can access through pc but not through Plesk Mobile;

There is any restriction I miss somewhere?

you can try the following. I was having the same issue and this worked for me.

Ensure that the new user has the necessary permissions for mobile access in Plesk. Check user settings and verify if mobile access is enabled. If the issue persists, consider checking Plesk Mobile app compatibility or reinstalling the app on the mobile device.
