  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Issue User switching between Subscriptions

Nina

New Pleskian
Hello!

A user we host is experiencing a problem where when they log into Plesk as the admin, if the click on any of the Subscriptions, it then logs them in as the Subscription owner. When they go back to admin, it switches them back to the admin login.

Our team can't replicate this using the same login credentials and we've gone through cache clearing, multiple browsers, without any success.

Would anyone have any ideas on what may be causing this/what we can offer them as a fix, or even ever encountered this before?

Has that user access to the "Interface Management" option and has he set that to "Power User View" instead of "Hosting Provider View"?
