First, this forum should be located in
Plesk Suggestions and Feedback section and not this section, this section is for asking for help for Plesk Obsidian on Linux.
Second, this forum is community driven, we help when we can. Yes there are staff members on here as well that does work for Plesk and has direct contact but most is community driven.
Third, the limited number of times I've had to contact Plesk support directly I never had any issues. You just need to be aware of a few things:
-- 1) If your license is through a third party (such as a hosting provider), you SHOULD be going through them first.
-- 2) If your license is not through a third party or if you want to get support directly with Plesk, make sure you follow the instructions outlined in

-- 3) Try to provide as much details as possible with logs
And fourth, I looked at your post history and found your thread from Sept about it, did you not follow the suggestion that
