• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Okay, it seems nobody knows how to solve this problem.

I have try a few options on the installation wizard.

Now I have it working:
Use mysql instead of msde (mssql), and Use IIS instead of apache.

I have two servers with plesk 7.6.1

both servers i get this problem

We sorry, we have a temporary problem
Try to reload this page or begin with start page

Where are the plesk 7.6.2 ?

which the solution of that horrible mistake?

" Use mysql instead of msde (mssql), and Use IIS instead of apache. "

In our case Plesk 7.6.1 (two year old server and suddenly Plesk stopped working.)
SWSOFT provided following solution:

They switched Plesk to apache with the below command, then deleted accelerator files from C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\PrivateTemp, and restarted the Plesk services. Would you please let us know if you are continuing to experience problems?

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin>reconfigurator.exe --switch-plesk-web-server --new-provider=apache
