WebSpace & admin email address

When i create a new Web Space (look attach file) Plesk assign automatically an email for admin user without ask me !
For example: my web space wi.ashnet.it has wiadmin as admin user and my main host name is ub1.ashnet.it, so Plesk create an email [email protected]

Where can i change this email address ?
On page https://19x.x.x.x:8443/smb/web/edit i can change username & password for this admin account but not the email address !
