Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.
Plesk 8.2 that is coming out this month is not a BETA, it's the real thing. However, if I was you, I would wait about a month to see what problems crop up. If you're doing a fresh install, simply use the autoinstaller on the Plesk download page.
