Issue Where are the notification settings in Imunify?

Hello, we migrated the Imunify extension to the new one and now we can*t find the notification settings any more. We want to notify the admin and customers, if malware is detected.
In the extension settings the only option is to activate user scripts:

Same to me. It seems there is not an automatic email notification. Where should I put this user script that will send email notifications (without any details, it seems...)?

At present, with Imunify, you can set up your custom script for notification.

It shouldn't matter where the script is located as long as it has execute permissions.
