Issue Where can i submit Plesk Bugs?

Martin, the developer of WinSCP, told me that my issue described on WinSCP (current stable) does not show symlinks :: Support Forum :: WinSCP is a bug on server side - Plesk Onxy 18.x on Debian 10.x.

So: Where can i submit that bug, so the next Plesk Update will install a bug-free version of the FTP daemon?
