HI all,
I am running Plesk 7.5.4 (fresh install) within a Virtuozzo VPS.
I created a client account, and from within the client account I created a domain.

Here is my problem...

When I click on the domain or log in as the domain admin directly the first two rows of icons afre fine (DOMAIN and SERVICES) but the third (HOSTING)
only has setup and delete enabled all the rest are GRAY such as:

Web Users
SubDomains
Directories
Anonymous FTP
Log Manager
FTP Manager
File Manager
SSH Terminal
FP WebAdmin
FP-SSL WebAdmin
Crontab
Mambo CMS
Applications Vault
Site Preview

I have the power pack license installed

I am very new to plesk (this is my first install here)
I am trying to set up an FTP user account so I can upload content to a website...

help please...

Go into the Domain - Limits section and make sure they are set for more than zero.

Also make sure that the Client - Limits is also set for a high enough number.
