Issue wp-cli errors - [util_exec] proc_close()

Hi,
i have some errors with some functions with wp-cli via plesk ext wp-toolkit --wp-cli
for example, if i delete plugin, i alwayes get this message:

No plugins deleted.
exit status 3

OS is centos 7 updated.
latest plesk version.

any idea?

Could you please clarify is it possible to remove this plugin using WordPress Toolkit GUI?

Yes it's works, and also the command works, it's deleting the plugin just instead providing a correct respond, it always show this error.
